'Roma australis' map no.2

Second map in this series, 100 years later. The Kingdom of Franken has fallen, as well as the African Roman Empire and the Kingdom of Visigotha. While North Africa was conquered by the Muslims, their advance into Iberia was halted, if only for now. The remnants of the Frankish and Visigothic Kingdoms have recently united to form the Kingdom of Franka. Elsewhere, the Kingdom of Merec is slowly uniting the island of Albion. The Federation of Gardarikke has split into its constituent states. In the East, both Holmgard and Taurican Rus (now only in name, since Taurica has broken off of it as an independent duchy) expand eastwards, and two new tribes, the Aivars and the Vulgars have joined the European stage. Smaller changes also happened, as you can see in the map.
